  • Yes! We currently accept the following insurance:

    Before your appointment, we will attempt to verify your insurance coverage and obtain authorization from your insurance carrier. A quote of eligibility is not a guarantee of payment and the patient is responsible for any deductible, coinsurance, and/or out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your insurance. These expenses are due at the time services are rendered.

  • Absolutely! Please ask about rates when scheduling and/or visit the services page for current private pay rates.

  • Services are available for individuals in Indiana as well as participating PSYPACT states. For more information on PSYPACT and to see if your state is participating, please click here.

  • A typical individual therapy session lasts for 45-50 minutes. With regards to number of sessions needed to see progress, that varies on the individual and the presenting concerns. Often people feel a bit of relief and/or hope after the first session. With many individuals, they may see progress after just 4-6 sessions.

  • The first appointment often involves a lot of “get to know you” questions. This helps the clinician gather background information, start to understand your concerns, areas of your life (past or present) that may be related to those concerns, and develop an idea of the direction therapy should go to help you reach your goals.

  • We completely understand that things happen and schedules change! We ask that you please provide 48 hours notice prior to the start of your session, so that others have the opportunity to be seen.

    A fee of $125 will be charged for late cancellation (less than 48 hours). A fee of $210 will be charged for a no-call no-show.
